So I didn't eat breakfast today... completely by accident... this is where a homemade no sugar added healthy breakfast muffin would have been awesome to have! I was running late out the door, not uncommon. Had a funeral to go to today with a luncheon afterwards.... the afternoon then consisted of a nap, a walk, cooking dinner, cleaning the kitchen... it was an active day... which helped since I had a big lunch... tomorrow my schedule includes baking!
Breakfast:
0 (very bad)
Lunch:
Some salad, lasagna, meatloaf
Snack:
Turkey sandwich
Dinner:
Taco salad w ranch dressing
Exercise:
1 mile walk and house cleaning
Eggs for breakfast tomorrow morning? I hope to wake up early enough to make that happen.
