Woohoo... cookies sweetened with honey yams and raisins instead of chocolate chips =D some healthy teething biscuits for my baby that aren't exactly hard but he seemed to like them a lot... and an avocado dressing that I will definitely make A LOT in the future... so very healthy.
Tomorrow I think I am trying a twice baked sweet potato with an egg baked in the center for breakfast... lot's of nutrition and healthier than oily hash browns!
Oh yeah I forgot to weigh yesterday, I did today and the few lbs I gained last week (thank you luau food and leftovers) has been lost along with an extra pound.
